Description
This Feathered Beauty was on a wire at the side of the far end of Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario. I"m not sure exactly where, Near Shirley's Bay I think I was driving by one way and by chance it was still there as I came back. It wasn't bothered by me and let me get fairly close. This was one of my best shots.
